Fanny Sabre, Beaune 1er Cru Clos des Renardes Blanc 2023
A clean and fresh white wine with precision. Made by Fanny Sabre, a law-student turned winemaker, this site is seated above the premier crus of beaune, surrounded by the forest and wild flowers, with mature vines grown on clay-limestone soils.
Berthaut-Gerbet, Fixin, Les Crais 2023
Blackberries, blackcurrants, black cherries. Darker on the fruits, with a touch of spice. Balanced with round tannins and acidity. The wines are made by Amelie Berthaut, producing this cuvee in the region of Fixin, the northern part of Côte de Nuits, the site Les Crais is a 1.88ha Lieu-Dit located in the centre of the Fixin commune.
